The 2018 Butner Chicken Pickin' documents will be available by noon on February 15th. Click here for the latest version when they are posted. Please follow the instructions in each respective document. The documents are available here at bcaserves.org via the link and also on our Facebook page. Paper copies will be available at Butner Town Hall. Please be aware that, just like previous years, we do not hold vendor spaces for anyone.
We try to assign vendors the same spaces as the previous year but we are constantly looking for ways to improve the flow of activities and the use of the Gazebo Park, so things may change from time to time. Vendor space assignments are only made after payments are received and applications are approved. Please remember to submit your application on time or you may not have a space this year.
